The Bloomin Onion is a metaphor used in our work and published in our books and materials. It describes a process of unlayering, of shedding that occurs during the Cycle of Power TM. This is a process organizations go through in our consulting work and individuals experience in our coaching. It is shared in many of our speaking events and provided as a tool to anyone interested in applying it.

There is a Core within each of us, a point of power, where we connect to the universal whole. Tapping into that point of power by shedding all that covers it reveals a sustainable power that will shift the way we experience everything; our lives as individuals, our results as organizations. Further more, our processes are systemic and organic because they tap into and apply these universal principles. The results are exponential, and most importantly synergistic and sustainable. They are formulary in ways that allow them to be precise and measurable, as well as replicatable.
