ShannonRae is a business owner, consultant, entrepreneur, speaker, writer/author, poet, ordained minister, mother, friend, sister, daughter, passionate woman. . .
Her undergraduate degree in Human Development, graduate degree in Organizational Effectiveness and most importantly, intuition about people, enable her to support individuals and organizations in achieving their greatest potential, rooted in their core essence. She combines this with 18+ years of successful experience in small business, large corporations, fortune 500’s and the service sectors of juvenile justice, residential treatment, domestic violence and child protective services, as well as a connection to Spirit, creating unprecedented productivity improvements for her clients and/or their companies.
ShannonRae has published many works including, the book Kaleidoscope, and Your Center, Your Power along with several products for business and Leadership; including the "I AM Powerful" Series. She is co-producing a video series HerStory, Stories of Power. She is CEO of a business consulting firm, Shannon Squared, and founder of the Power Integration Center.
ShannonRae speaks on business, leadership, sales and marketing, domestic violence, equality, empowerment and spiritual issues to groups of all sizes. She consults small to medium sized businesses, service organizations and coaches executives driven to succeed and filled with heart. She has created results from clarity of purpose for organizations, passionate meaning for corporations and fulfillment for small independent business owners, as well as fiscal results like: 1600% increases in profits, 25% increases in closing percentages, 800% revenue growth in six months for multi-million dollar businesses, and 500% increases in leadership effectiveness.

ShannonRae and her team have been operating the Power Integration Center for over 10 years. Their mission is to redirect individuals and organizations to a sustainable power within; shifting dynamics from control to power to create measurable results through practical tools. The founders have themselves lived through various cycles of control and violence in the home, in business and in public settings. They now live the Cycle of Power, leading organizations and speaking from their heart, experience and education on the power and responsibility we have to choose.
Our team shares their story, as well as educates and inspires audiences on the Cycle of Power around the world. They are committed to measureable results, self-responsibility, the power to choose, self-efficacy, and self-sustainability. Each of them has over 10 years of professional experience, advanced educations, a wealth of certifications and all the measureable results with current and previous clients that we value.
